We hit the 110s and suddenly we’re mentally booking a one-way ticket somewhere cool, calm & filled with waterfalls. 🌿
Unfortunately, the patio isn’t relocating anytime soon.
So we did the next best thing: ordered an affogato.
A cup of joe. A scoop of something sweet & cold. And just enough Italian logic to convince ourselves it counts as beating the heat. ☕️🍨
Cheaper than a plane ticket. Colder than our patio. We’ll take it.
With all the trending videos of tourists coming to the U.S. to watch soccer and try our food, we figured it was only fair to give the people what they came for. ⚽️🇺🇸🍗
